You and I both know,  eating healthy meals are our number one priority. Despite knowing, sometimes it’s just difficult to make it a habit. I get it. I have been through the same phase as well. We make a schedule to be healthy from tomorrow. Unfortunately, that tomorrow never comes. We go through this cycle because we don’t realize there are easy ways of being healthy. I have highlighted 5 simple ways to eat healthy without overstressing. These are the same steps I follow and help my group members to follow it as well. Plan your day in advance If you fail to plan, then you plan to fail. To be healthy and to lose weight, you have to plan in advance. It’s not always enough to say you will start tomorrow. You have to plan the HOW. If you just say I’ll start tomorrow and leave it to that, then it will never happen. From now on, start planning your tomorrow when you set a weight loss goal.
