So yesterday I decided that I was going to change my life style for good. I promised myself that I was going to eat healthy from today. Today marks and I’m all ready to crush my goals with full on motivation. You are probably like I have heard of this before, aren’t you? Well this is a different case all right? This time I’m in it to win it. Annnnnd next thing you know you have fallen off the wagon laying on a couch thinking what happened to the motivation you had? Is this you?
