Have you been trying several diets for months and months, yet they are not working in your favor? If so, you are not alone. I have been through that cycle as well, and it’s not an easy one. You may wonder, well I keep trying to be on a diet but never see the result. I may as well just quit. It’s so easy to blame on a diet saying it didn’t work, but have you ever thought about why it didn’t work for you? These may be the reasons why they aren’t working the way you want them to. Treating it like a diet and not a lifestyle I have seen so many people go on a diet to lose weight for a certain timeframe and gain it all back. This is because they have a season to be on a diet. They think, “I’m going on a diet for several months because my brother is getting married, or I’m going on a vacation so I should diet”.
